Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers responsible for selling premium immigration and citizenship services.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Set clear performance goals and regularly track team performance via KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Ensure client relationships are warm, productive, and well-maintained throughout all stages of cooperation.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to ensure the team is up to date with the latest sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, offering insight into team performance and client feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth sales process and continuous lead quality improvement.


Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales leadership roles, ideally in fintech, trading, investment services, or immigration.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Client Focus: Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and closing high-value deals.
  • Location: Based in New Delhi, Delhi, India , with readiness for occasional travel if required.
