We provide tailored solutions for residence permits and citizenship in European and Caribbean countries, offering full support to our premium clients. With offices in New Delhi, Moscow, Dubai, we have been delivering high-quality immigration and citizenship services for over 14 years. Key Responsibilities: Conduct 60-70 calls with clients on a daily basis Handle inbound leads (web forms, WhatsApp, incoming calls) promptly Call new leads within 15–30 minutes of receiving an inquiry Qualify the client: assess motivation, financial readiness, country of interest, migration goals Schedule consultations with our senior legal experts Update our CRM and ensure smooth handover to the sales team Requirements: 1-2 years of sales experience is a must Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner Strong attention to detail and fast information processing Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or pre-sales is a plus Fluent spoken English What We Offer: Competitive Salary.
