Job Description:
As a Sales Manager in our hotel, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and fostering strong relationships with clients. Your primary goal will be to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue by effectively selling our services to corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other potential customers. You will identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure exceptional service delivery to meet and exceed revenue targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and participate in industry events to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
