Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive membership growth, build strong client relationships, and ensure an exceptional client journey. This role requires a strategic, client-focused professional with proven experience in premium service environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective clients.
• Present club offerings and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Manage and nurture leads from various channels (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, referrals).
• Follow up consistently to maximise closures.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven sales experience (fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Strong communication & persuasion skills (phone & in-person).
• Goal-driven and comfortable working with targets.
• Positive, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
