Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive membership growth, build strong client relationships, and ensure an exceptional client journey. This role requires a strategic, client-focused professional with proven experience in premium service environments. Key Responsibilities Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective clients. Present club offerings and convert inquiries into memberships. Manage and nurture leads from various channels (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, referrals). Follow up consistently to maximise closures. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate client records and sales reports. Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards. Requirements 2–4 years of proven sales experience (fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle industry preferred). Strong communication & persuasion skills (phone & in-person).
