Co-own the growth calendar with Marketing (campaigns, banners, pushes, email) and ensure message-market fit per segment.
Review app flows with Product/Design (install activation purchase renewal); flag friction and propose changes.
Participate in usability reviews; interpret user feedback into actionable UI/UX improvements
Build relationships with high-value users; run callbacks, renewal plays, and win-back motions.
Online revenue funnel end-to-end, working hand-in-hand with Marketing and Design. Youll shape positioning & messaging, select which customer segments to target, run high-velocity outreach, and close deals. Your UI/UX awareness helps you spot friction in journeys, brief better creatives, and lift conversion.
Monitor community chatter, reviews, and social DMs to refine positioning.
