Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the Water and Sewage Treatment industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of environmental engineering solutions and demonstrate the ability to generate leads, manage key accounts, and close complex technical sales. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, project, and business development teams to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals in the water and sewage treatment sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including government tenders, industrial clients, and EPC contractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Deliver client presentations, lead technical discussions, and apply solution-selling techniques tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with the engineering and proposals teams to develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and gather customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional networking events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Sales management: 5 years (Preferred)
