We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in the Event & Franchise Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing franchise expansion, building strong client relationships, and delivering business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to drive franchise and event sales in Lucknow and nearby regions.Identify, approach, and acquire new clients and investors.Manage business development activities, including lead generation and networking.Deliver presentations on ROI, business models, and franchise opportunities.Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in events and franchise sales.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.Attend walk-in interviews, expos, and business events to promote services.Prepare sales reports, track performance, and ensure target achievement. Candidate RequirementsGraduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, franchise development, or event sales.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Excellent ability in client acquisition, networking, and relationship management.Proficiency in B2B sales, channel sales, and business expansion strategies.Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel for business meetings and events.
