Internal Auditor

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in auditing, accounting, or financial compliance. You will be responsible for reviewing internal processes, conducting risk-based audits, and ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory guidelines. Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits within the organization.

Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure adherence to policies.

Identify weaknesses, risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Verify the accuracy of financial records and reports.

Monitor compliance with statutory laws, rules, and company procedures.

Prepare audit reports with detailed findings and corrective action plans.

Collaborate with departments to improve efficiency and reduce risks.

Support management in implementing process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter/ICWA Inter preferred but not mandatory).

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in internal audit/accounts/finance.

Strong knowledge of auditing principles, accounting standards, and compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP experience preferred).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
