About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to oversee our Kochi sales operations. You will be responsible for managing a sales team, meeting revenue targets, and implementing effective sales strategies in the EdTech/training sector.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Track sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to optimize strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Experience in the EdTech or training industry preferred.
