Sales Manager (BDM) - Education

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles for our educational products and services in both institutional and consumer markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with school decision-makers, educators, and distribution partners to generate high-quality leads and long-term partnerships.
• Design and execute sales strategies tailored to regional market needs, ensuring consistent achievement of business goals.
• Represent the brand at events, education fairs, exhibitions, and roadshows – both local and outstation – to boost visibility and lead generation.
• Deliver impactful pitches and demos to stakeholders; follow up with timely documentation and reporting.
• Mentor and guide junior sales executives and team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Maintain organized records in CRM systems, providing regular updates on leads, progress, and market intelligence..

Key Requirements:

• A fluent communicator in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
• A graduate (Bachelor’s required); a Master’s in Sales/Marketing (MBA/PG) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zoho.
• Naturally persuasive, with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and fieldwork.

Preferred Candidate Attributes:

• An existing network in the education ecosystem – especially in K-12, coaching institutes, or edtech circles.
• A consistent record of exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
• A genuine passion for education, student success, and creating impact.
