Sales Manager (BDM) - Education

You will be responsible for driving B2B and B2C sales for educational products/services at Kalorex in Surat (South Gujarat Territory). Your key responsibilities will include identifying and building strong relationships with schools, institutions, and channel partners, creating and executing strategic sales plans, conducting presentations and PR activities, as well as leading and mentoring junior sales executives. It will be essential for you to maintain detailed documentation and reporting of field activity, leads, and conversions, and participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and outstation visits to contribute to business growth. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language. A graduate degree or above is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or PG in Sales/Marketing. Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce is necessary. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, PR, observation, and documentation skills. Extensive travel for field visits and outstation sales campaigns will be a key component of this position. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong network in the school/education ecosystem, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and a genuine passion for the education sector and student development.
