Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gujarat, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, building relationships with clients, and identifying growth opportunities to meet organizational sales goals. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, maintaining customer relationships, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery will be a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Sales and Relationship Management skills, including client acquisition, negotiation, and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Strategic Planning and Market Analysis expertise to develop sales strategies and analyze industry trends
• Experience in Logistics and Shipping Operations to provide insights and solutions for client needs
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools for managing customer data and preparing reports
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Prior sales experience in logistics, shipping, or related industries is an asset
