Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Rajkot. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also involves overseeing the sales team, providing training and guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Effective management and strategic planning are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Sales Operations skills
Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Retention skills
Team Leadership, Training, and Team Management skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
