About the Role:

Babulal Jewellers is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales team. If you’re passionate about luxury retail, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales performance, we’d love to meet you!


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and ensure an exceptional buying experience.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and handle high-value clients.
  • Oversee daily showroom operations and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
  • Train the team on product knowledge and customer service.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of jewellery retail experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Goal-driven, customer-focused, and proactive.
  • Willing to work weekends and festive seasons.
