The Sales Manager (B2C) in the field of Ed-Tech based in Noida will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth within the consumer market segment. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing effective sales strategies, converting leads into customers through various channels, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. It is essential for the ideal candidate to be proactive, experienced in B2C sales, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, converting leads into customers, maintaining customer relationships, conducting product presentations, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will also be required to handle objections, negotiate deals, track sales activities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing detailed information to prospective users, identifying sales opportunities, and staying updated on industry trends. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, along with proven experience in B2C sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as well as proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate a results-oriented mindset will be key to your success. Preferred qualifications include experience in B2C Technical Program Sales, knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies, familiarity with sales automation tools, and previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
