Sales Manager – B2B SaaS

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle-from lead generation and discovery calls to demo, negotiation, and closing. You'll own revenue targets, manage key accounts, and collaborate closely with marketing and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified B2B leads through inbound and outbound efforts
• Conduct product demos tailored to customer pain points and industry needs
• Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools
• Negotiate deals and close contracts to meet monthly/quarterly targets
• Work closely with customer success for smooth onboarding and upsell opportunities
• Provide market feedback to the product team to influence roadmap decisions
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting

Requirements

• 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong understanding of consultative/solution-based selling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven, structured, and capable of working independently

• Background in inside sales or outbound sales
