Job Title: Sales Manager – Manufacturing Industry Location: Gurugram We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the manufacturing sector . The candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, managing key industrial clients and achieving sales and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in the manufacturing sector. Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, industrial clients, dealers, and distributors. Monitor customer requirements and provide tailored product solutions in coordination with the production and R&D teams. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct market analysis to understand competitor activity, pricing trends, and industry movements. Prepare sales forecasts, pricing proposals, and performance reports. Supervise, train, and support the sales team and field executives. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3–10 years of experience in B2B sales within the manufacturing/industrial domain. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, technical products, and customer applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and data analysis tools. Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs.
