Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Solar PV sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solar sales, strong market understanding, and excellent client relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar PV segment Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, EPC contractors, and consultants Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, and reports Lead the regional sales strategy and execution Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: B.Tech degree in a relevant discipline Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B or project sales, preferably in solar PV Strong communication and negotiation skills Preference will be given to candidates local to Hyderabad Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Question(s): Current Salary Expected Salary Experience: B2B sales: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
