Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Area Sales Manager to lead retail counter development and drive sales of Our Electricals products. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, identifying new retail counters, maintaining dealer relations, and achieving monthly targets. Fuel expenses will be reimbursed, and all required facilities will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail counters and electrical shops across assigned areas.
• Identify new potential retailers and onboard them.
• Promote and sell Our Electricals products (Fans & Appliances and Other).
• Build and maintain strong relations with dealers/distributors.
• Meet monthly sales targets and report daily activity to the Owner.
• Handle basic PRO activities and field-level marketing as required.
• Collect market intelligence and report competitor activity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in electricals/appliances
• Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler (fuel expenses reimbursed)
• Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi
• Basic networking and marketing skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
