About AniGears Engineering Solutions

AniGears is a fast-growing engineering firm specializing in the manufacturing and servicing of high-quality industrial power transmission equipment, including various couplings (Gear, Pin Bush, Tyre, Resilient) and Taper Lock Pulleys. We primarily serve the steel, cement, and heavy industries. We are expanding our footprint into Central India, establishing a warehouse and office presence in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.


The Role: Sales Engineer - Chhattisgarh

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Sales Engineer to establish and grow our presence across Chhattisgarh. This role is pivotal for achieving our ambitious expansion goals in the region. The ideal candidate will be an extroverted self-starter capable of managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale relationship management.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development:

  • Achieve and exceed the minimum 

    monthly sales target of ₹10,00,000+

     (₹10 Lakhs plus) by aggressively driving sales of AniGears' full product line.
  • Conduct frequent 

    industrial visits

     across Chhattisgarh to identify and qualify new business opportunities with large industrial units (Steel, Cement, Power, etc.).
  • Develop a robust pipeline of new institutional customers (OEMs and End-Users).
  • Actively participate in local tender processes and auctions.


Customer & Market Management:

  • Manage and service the existing customer base while actively cultivating new client relationships.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage a network of reliable 

    dealers and distributors

     across key industrial centers in Chhattisgarh.
  • Provide technical support and product expertise during the sales process.


Reporting & Logistics:

  • Regularly report sales activities, market feedback, and performance metrics to the Head Office.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Purchase/Production) to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Utilize and maintain a personal laptop for daily reporting and correspondence.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

     Minimum 

    5 years

     of hands-on experience in industrial sales within an 

    engineering/manufacturing company

    .
  • Sales Performance:

     A proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Communication:

     Excellent command of both 

    Hindi and English

     (verbal and written). Must possess an extensive and articulate vocabulary.
  • Personality:

     Must be highly 

    confident, extroverted, and self-assured

     when interacting with clients and decision-makers.
  • Technical Knowledge:

     Working knowledge of industrial components, preferably power transmission equipment.
  • Education:

     Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or a related technical field).


Compensation & Logistics

  • Salary:

     ₹40,000 per month (Fixed)
  • Allowances:

     Comprehensive Travel Allowance (TA) provided.
  • Location:

     Raipur, Chhattisgarh (requiring extensive travel across the state).
  • Preferred Assets (Good to Have):

     Candidate owns a personal two-wheeler for efficient local travel and owns a personal laptop.
