AniGears Engineering Solutions, a growing name in the power transmission industry, is looking for a

Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate and manage industrial sales leads for couplings and related products.
Visit clients and project sites across Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Assam, and neighboring regions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical and production team to offer suitable solutions.
Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper reports of visits, enquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
Represent AniGears professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and site interactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or engineering sales.
Strong technical knowledge of couplings, power transmission products, or related equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel extensively across different states.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented personality.
