Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:
Generate leads and develop business by meeting with architects, designers, and clients. Facilitate property sales by understanding client requirements and proposing suitable solutions. Oversee document preparation and coordinate the closing of deals.
Customer Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Respond to inquiries promptly and provide detailed information about products or housing projects.
Reporting & Administration:
Ensure all documentation is accurate and legally compliant. Prepare reports and presentations, and provide periodic updates to management on sales operations.
Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team on sales and marketing efforts, including promotional events and campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors degree or post-graduate degree in business or marketing is preferred for the Manager role.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience. 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing in the construction industry is required for the Manager role.
Experience in selling high-end products is preferred.
An interior designing background (course or job experience) is preferred for the Sales Executive role.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Tamil are mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is mandatory. Knowledge of Autocad, Photoshop & 3D Max is preferred
