Role & responsibilities: Achieve monthly top line targets Responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets Responsible for Achieving overall GWP (Gross Written Premium) Responsible for sustainable Profitability Ensure month on month activation of agents as per targets set. Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations Responsible to maintain & enhance service levels provided to the clients Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to Agents. Support/guide the Agents in all activities related policy services Train Agents/Channel partners on products, process and USPs of Company. Managing daily reports and MIS pertaining to the branch Monitoring daily receipts, payment and other bank transactions Policy issuance/Cancellation/endorsement Preferred candidate profile: Any Graduate Perks and benefits: Group Personal Accident Life Insurance Group Medical Insurance
