Sales Manager - Agency

As a Sales Manager (Agency), your primary responsibility is to manage relationships with Agency channel partners and drive business through them. Your key responsibilities include: - Achieving monthly topline targets - Diversifying portfolio into motor, non-motor, and health products - Recruiting Agents through various sources to meet business targets - Achieving overall Gross Written Premium (GWP) - Ensuring sustainable profitability and maintaining Combined Ratio at budgeted levels - Minimizing Loss & Cost of Acquisition - Activating agents month on month as per set targets - Coordinating with departments such as Underwriting, Claims, and Operations - Supporting and guiding Agents in policy services - Training Agents/Channel partners on products, processes, and USPs of the Company - Identifying areas of improvement and enhancing business opportunities - Exploring and identifying new business avenues through cold calling, referrals, and networking - Managing daily reports and MIS for the branch - Handling policy issuance, cancellation, endorsement, and resolving discrepancies - Resolving rejections of policy-related issues and handling reconciliation Qualifications Required: - 2-6 years of experience in General Insurance with a focus on Agency - Proficiency in Excel In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, if there are any additional details about the company provided in the job description, please provide them for further context.,
