Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales person / Sales Engineer at Abdullahs Electronics in Malad West, Mumbai. The salesperson will be responsible for communicating with our clients / potential clients, visiting masjids, taking feedbacks and similar tasks. We are looking for a passionate and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, setting targets, mentoring salespeople, and expanding our presence across India and beyond. Role Description Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives. Set sales targets and motivate team to achieve monthly goals. Build relationships with dealers, sales-representatives, and key institutional clients. Plan and execute growth strategies for our wide range of product categories. Monitor daily sales activity, provide reporting and feedback. Train new hires and conduct quarterly sales training. Coordinate with marketing, service, and operations teams. Requirements 5–8 years of experience in sales or business development. Prior team handling experience is a strong advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Basic knowledge of electronics or tech-based products is preferred. Must be Mumbai-based or willing to work full-time in Mumbai.
