Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and leading a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will have experience in the interior design, construction, or real estate sector, with a strong understanding of B2C and B2B sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through leads, networking, and partnerships.
  • • Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure performance and productivity.
  • • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
  • • Collaborate with the design and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • • Track and analyze sales metrics to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
  • • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • • Manage CRM tools and ensure accurate sales pipeline reporting.
  • • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the interior design industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or luxury products.
  • • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • • Customer-centric approach with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • • Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and digital sales tools.
