Sales Manager

Are you passionate about the automobile industry and ready to lead a dynamic team? We’re looking for a Sales Manager to oversee our Suzuki Two-Wheeler Showroom in Anand . Key Responsibilities : • Lead and manage all showroom operations—sales, customer service, inventory, and merchandising. • Drive monthly and annual sales targets by motivating and mentoring the sales team. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; ensure exceptional after-sales service. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies. • Coordinate with marketing for promotional events and showroom displays. • Monitor KPIs (footfall, conversion rates, average ticket size) and implement improvement plans. • Ensure compliance with Suzuki brand guidelines and AAN Group policies. What We’re Looking For: • 3–5 years of experience in automobile (two-wheeler) sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. • Target- and result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. • Knowledge of Suzuki two-wheeler products and the Anand market is a plus.
