123 SQFT is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales activities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. If you are passionate about real estate, customer success, and closing deals — we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the real estate market.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth client experience.
• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and project demonstrations.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets using effective strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance reports, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Utilize CRM and sales management tools to track leads and optimize processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management processes.
• Solid understanding of real estate sales and marketing.
• Ability to build strong client rapport and deliver exceptional service.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Customer Service (mandatory).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
