123 SQFT is looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential clients, generate high-quality leads, and support our sales team. If you have excellent communication skills and love engaging with people, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads and promote company projects.
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries and information.
Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call.
Update CRM with call logs, lead status, and follow-up actions.
Work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling ability.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple leads.
Goal-driven, confident, and proactive.
Basic knowledge of sales processes (Real Estate experience is a plus).

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Customer Calling (Real Estate preferred but not mandatory).
