Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of sales operations, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the end-to-end logistics process for sales orders, including order entry, tracking, and delivery.
Liaise with sales teams to understand customer requirements and ensure their needs are met.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
Collaborate with shipping and freight partners to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, invoices, and reports.
Identify and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays proactively.
Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.
