You have over 20 years of experience in the field with a B.E. Mechanical qualification. You have worked in the Industrial Products sector with expertise in Valves, Couplings, Bearings, and Gears. As the Sales Head - Business, you will be responsible for leading national/regional sales operations to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term client relationships. Your role involves developing strategies for key markets, managing sales teams, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to deliver customer-centric solutions. Your key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, managing and leading a team of sales professionals, establishing relationships with key customers, analyzing sales data and market trends, leading contract negotiations, collaborating with product development and marketing teams, monitoring pricing strategies and profitability, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
