Job Description

As the Poultry Sales Lead, your primary responsibility will be to sell directly to consumers or business purchasers, either through face-to-face interactions or remote sales channels. You will work closely with new and existing customers, evaluating their needs and recommending suitable products, services, and solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers and manage existing customer relationships effectively. - Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and sales and merchandising activities under guidance. - Monitor customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends to stay informed. - Strengthen and expand relationships with targeted customers to drive business growth. - Promote the organization and its offerings by sharing positive information with customers. - Independently resolve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision; escalate more challenging problems to the appropriate personnel. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Veterinary background is preferred. - Strong sales experience in the poultry feed industry. - At least 2 years of experience in Poultry Nutrition Sales. Typically, this equates to 3 or more years of relevant experience.,
