Sales Lead- Poultry Nutrition

You will be responsible for selling directly to consumers or business purchasers, or indirectly through various sales channels. Your role will involve conducting face-to-face and remote sales with new and existing customers, assisting in evaluating customer needs, and suggesting appropriate products, services, and solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Help identify potential customers and manage existing customer relationships. - Conduct market research, pricing, sales, and merchandising activities with guidance. - Monitor customer and competitor activity as well as industry trends. - Protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers. - Support business growth by promoting positive information about the organization and its offerings. - Independently resolve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating more challenging problems to appropriate staff. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a preference for a veterinary background. - Strong sales experience in the poultry feed industry. - Minimum of 2 years of poultry nutrition sales experience, typically reflecting 3 years or more of relevant experience.,
