Sales Lead- Poultry Feed

The Poultry Sales Lead is responsible for selling directly to consumers or business purchasers, either through direct sales or through various sales channels. Your role will involve conducting face-to-face and remote sales with both new and existing customers. You will assist in evaluating customer needs and recommending appropriate products, services, and solutions. Your key responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, managing existing customer relationships, conducting market research, determining pricing strategies, and implementing sales and merchandising activities. You will be required to monitor customer and competitor activity, as well as industry trends, in order to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers. Additionally, you will support business growth by promoting positive information about the organization and its offerings. In this role, you will be expected to independently address moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more challenging problems to the appropriate personnel. Other duties may be assigned to you based on business needs. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Veterinary background preferred. - Strong sales experience in the poultry feed industry. - Minimum of 2 years of poultry feed sales experience, with typically 3 years or more of relevant experience.,
