Sales Lead- Poultry Nutrition

The Poultry Sales Lead position involves selling products directly to consumers or businesses through various sales channels. You will be responsible for conducting sales activities, both face to face and remotely, with new and existing customers. Additionally, you will assist in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products, services, and solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, managing existing customer relationships, conducting market research, pricing, and merchandising activities, monitoring customer and competitor behavior, and staying informed about industry trends. The role also involves nurturing customer relationships, promoting the organization and its offerings, and independently resolving moderate issues while escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a preference for a Veterinary background. Strong sales experience in the poultry feed industry is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of Poultry Nutrition Sales Experience. The position typically requires 3 years or more of relevant experience. Other duties as assigned may be part of the job scope.,
