Role Overview:

Sales & Inventory Coordinator

1. Handling business inquiries received through platforms like IndiaMart and other channels.
2. Assisting with inventory management and maintaining accurate stock records.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, a good sense of organization, and prior experience in textiles or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from IndiaMart and other platforms promptly and professionally.
• Respond to clients in clear, fluent English (spoken & written).
• Record inquiry details and maintain organized data for follow-ups.
• Assist in inventory management: monitor stock levels, update records, and coordinate with the warehouse.
• Follow instructions and ensure accurate execution of daily operational tasks.
• Support miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of professional experience (preferably in textiles, exports, or manufacturing).
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in handling B2B inquiries or client coordination.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and other basic data management tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred:

• Experience with IndiaMart, TradeIndia, or similar B2B platforms.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices.
