What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Interview Specialist, your primary role will be to take interviews for Business Development/Sales candidates and assess their suitability for the role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct interviews for Business Development/Sales applicants.


  • Evaluate the following:
  1. Communication and articulation skills
  2. Sales skills and mindset
  3. Confidence, negotiation ability, and motivation
  4. Cultural and role fit within Grexa AI


  • Share structured feedback with the recruitment team.


  • Collaborate with the HR team to align on candidate quality and expectations.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Must have sales experience of atleast 3 years


  • Must have interviewed and hired sales or business development candidates


  • Background in

    sales

    recruitment

    , or prior experience interviewing for sales roles


  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Sharp judgment when it comes to assessing sales potential.


  • Startup mindset: flexible, fast-moving, and outcome-oriented.


Bonus Points


  • Understanding of digital marketing, SaaS, or fast-growing tech environments.
