Job Description

Role: Sales & Business Development (General Shift) Timings: 9:30 AM to 7 PM Location: Delhi NCR (Gurugram preferred) Type: Internship (Paid) This is a hybrid position Sales Responsibilities Cold Calling: Cold call to potential customers introducing the application to them and assessing their requirements and qualifying them for further processing. Manage inbound sales inquiries: Promptly respond to customer queries received via phone, email, live chat, or other communication channels. Engage in consultative selling: Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the benefits of certifications to convert leads into sales. ​ Maintain CRM records: Document all customer interactions, sales activities, and lead statuses in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. ​ Follow up on leads: Reach out to potential customers who have shown interest via email or WhatsApp to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. ​ Business Development Responsibilities Outbound Outreach Using different media like Social platforms, personal outreach, physical events to generate leads Events Representing the company in different events relevant to the nature of business. Showcasing product and gathering leads Lead Generation Support Assist in identifying new lead sources and nurturing them. Collaborate with marketing for cold outreach campaigns (email, social).
