Job Title: Sales Intern

Location: Triumph Hyundai Showroom, Faridabad, Haryana

Role Overview

As a Sales Intern, you will assist the sales team in all activities to drive car sales. You’ll get hands-on exposure to showroom operations, customer interaction, lead generation, and sales processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a foundation in automobile sales, learn about customer needs, and understand the sales lifecycle end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers, understand their vehicle requirements, and provide information about Hyundai models, features, variants, etc.
• Assist in vehicle demonstrations and test drives (if permitted) under supervision.
• Support the sales team in lead generation — follow up with leads (via calls, messages, etc.).
• Maintain CRM/data of prospective and existing customers.
• Assist with documentation, financing/insurance coordination, and delivery process.
• Stay updated on inventory, pricing, promotional offers, competitor models.
• Support customer service: after-sales follow-ups, feedback, help in resolving basic customer queries.
• Work with showroom visual merchandising (ensuring cars are well-presented), organizing display materials.
• Achieve (or support in achieving) monthly sales or lead conversion targets as assigned.
