Sales Intern

As a Sales Intern at our Women Inside Sales & Digital Marketing Company, you will be part of a team focused on sourcing new sales opportunities and achieving monthly targets. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, routing qualified opportunities to sales executives, researching accounts, and maintaining the prospect database. You will also collaborate with partners to build pipelines, perform online demos, and ultimately close deals. Key Responsibilities: - Source new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements - Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure - Achieve monthly targets - Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest - Maintain and expand the database of prospects - Team with partners to build pipelines and close deals - Perform effective online demos to prospects when required - Close deals Qualifications and Skills: - Must have a Hunter Mentality - Excellent Communication and Writing skills in English - Proven inside sales, sales, and business development experience - Strong phone presence, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to articulate thoughts and ask the right questions - Strong listening and presentation skills - MBA and/or a Technical sales background will be an advantage - Experience in data research and consulting or marketing/strategy will be an advantage - The candidate MUST be a closer!
