 Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Trainee located in Kochi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Trainee will assist in daily sales activities, manage customer relationships, maintain customer service standards, and participate in sales training programs. The individual will also support the sales management team in achieving sales targets and strategies.

 Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Sales and Sales Management skills

Ability to participate in and contribute to Training sessions

Adaptability to a hybrid working environment.

Ability to handle CRM/CMS tools

Highly motivated and goal-oriented

Experience in a sales-related field is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Salary and Compensations

Fixed Salary of 10k plus additional incentives based on target achievement.

Location - Ready to relocate to Kochi as per the necessity.
