Sales Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Interns to support our on-ground business development and sales activities. The role involves assisting in expanding our retail network, promoting Nurture.app among retailers, and gaining hands-on exposure to rural/agri-tech sales operations.

Department: Sales & Business Development

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Support sales executives in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.

· Visit assigned markets and assist in onboarding new retailers/agents.

· Demonstrate and present the features and benefits of Nurture.app to retailers.

· Facilitate app adoption and ensure active usage by onboarded retailers.

· Assist in distributing marketing and promotional materials.

· Collect and report market feedback and competitor insights.

· Participate in promotional campaigns and local marketing events.

· Prepare daily/weekly reports on field visits and activities.

Learning Opportunities:

Preferred Qualifications:

· Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; preference for Agriculture, Business, or Marketing).

· Strong interest in sales, marketing, or agri-tech.

· Tech-savvy with a good understanding of smartphones and apps.

· Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling within assigned areas.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Program Structure

For Graduates (B.Sc. Agriculture preferred):

• Internship (3 months) – Stipend up to ₹5,000/month
• Post-Internship: Graduate Trainee (Tenure: 9 months)
• Career Progression: Assistant BDO

For Postgraduates (MBA Agri-Business / M.Sc. Agronomy preferred):

• Internship (2–3 months) – Stipend up to ₹8,000/month
• Post-Internship: Management Trainee (Tenure: 9 months)
• Career Progression: Assistant BDO
