Job Title: Sales Intern Location: Trivandrum Company: Performance Marketing Agency Duration: [6 months] About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our growing performance marketing company. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment, interact with clients, and learn the art of selling marketing solutions. Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential clients across industries Meet and deliver sales pitches to customers and assist in preparing proposals for performance marketing services Focus on achieving conversion for each lead through consistent follow-ups and value-driven communication Maintain client databases and track communication Collaborate with marketing and account teams to convert leads Learn and contribute to monthly/quarterly sales targets Prepare weekly reports on outreach status and engagement Qualifications 0–1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields Basic understanding of digital/performance marketing is a plus Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly organized with attention to detail Self-starter who can work in a team and independently What You’ll Gain Exposure to B2B and agency sales strategies Experience in performance-driven client conversations Networking with marketers, founders, and decision-makers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
