Sales Internship Selection Process: Starting with an engaging online test featuring 6 projects, this assessment is thoughtfully designed to evaluate each students attitude, sincerity, integrity, discipline, and career ambitions. Through this comprehensive evaluation, we will gain valuable insights into each candidate's potential and readiness for the exciting journey that lies ahead. After completion of all 6 online projects, the candidate will be eligible for the paid sales internship and then a full-time job. This opportunity is only for MBA 2024 and 2025 students. Job Description: Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers to foster loyalty and increase sales. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company through effective sales strategies and techniques. Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Product Promotion: Promote new and existing products to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about features and benefits. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and retailers to relay to the product development and marketing teams for improvement. Promotional Activities: organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
