We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans to target a diverse customer base and build a robust market presence. As part of the Business Development role, you will be responsible for various key activities that drive sales and foster client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads, conduct meetings, and qualify potential clients as part of the B2B sales process. - Deliver presentations and platform demos to potential clients, ensuring regular follow-up to address any queries. - Create high-quality proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client. - Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilots for potential clients, providing necessary support during the trial period. - Facilitate client onboarding through the defined OnGrid onboarding process. - Collect valuable client and user insights to be shared with the product, technology, and operations teams. - Manage and nurture relationships with onboarded clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and engagement. Requirements: - Possess 1-4 years of experience in IT/Platform sales with a strong emphasis on client-facing business development. - Previous experience in B2B sales targeting CHROs and CXOs is highly preferred. - Familiarity with sales of Background Verification (BGV) platforms/services or Staffing/Recruitment services is advantageous. - Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. - Demonstrate a structured, scientific, and disciplined approach to business development. - Knowledge of digital marketing tools is beneficial. - Proficiency in using Google Slides, Docs, Spreadsheets, and MS Office is required for this role.
