We’re hiring a Sales Co-Founder
This is a founding team role at a very early-stage startup. If you’ve ever wanted to build a category-defining product, shape a company from day zero, and own the entire GTM motion—this is it.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end B2B sales: from cold outreach to closing enterprise deals
- GTM strategy: targeting CROs, Sales Leaders, and CXOs in mid-market & enterprise
- Partnerships: expand our footprint in the SaaS and AI ecosystem
- Product feedback: work closely with product and engineering
- Fundraising: join founders in pitching and closing our first institutional round
- Systems: set up CRM, KPIs, sales stack, and processes
- Hiring: build and lead the first sales team
- Representation: pitch, demo, and evangelize at events and with customers
Who You Are
- 3–8 years in B2B SaaS sales (bonus: experience in AI or conversation intelligence)
- Top MBA or equivalent leadership and hustle credentials
- Proven experience closing complex deals and building GTM from scratch
- Comfortable selling to senior executives and technical stakeholders
- Data-driven, fluent in sales tools and automation platforms
- Entrepreneurial mindset—excited to build, iterate, and own outcomes in a zero-to-one environment
- Bonus: Existing network in SaaS, sales enablement, or startup ecosystems
