Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of real estate sales agents and sales team.
  • Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Setting individual sales targets for team members and ensuring they are met.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Staying informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
  • Guiding sales agents in negotiations and assisting with closing deals.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in the sales process and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (may be preferred).
