Role & responsibilities Managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of real estate sales agents and sales team. Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets. Setting individual sales targets for team members and ensuring they are met. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Staying informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and property values. Guiding sales agents in negotiations and assisting with closing deals. Identifying areas for improvement in the sales process and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency. Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to analyse market trends and data. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (may be preferred). Preferred candidate profile MBA in Sales
