Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive the marketing and sales efforts of the company. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing strategies to achieve sales targets, managing the sales force, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Organize training sessions and performance evaluations for sales personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Experience in team building, coaching, and motivating sales teams.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Fluency in Tamil and English is essential.
• Open to travel
